Consulting Services

Sandy Gerding has worked as and with civic leaders at non-profits for 15+ years.  Each organizational development project is customized to match the clients’ needs and budget since projects of various sizes and urgency demand different approaches. For example, your organization may need a complete strategic plan engaging all stakeholders, or to articulate a smaller-scaled project with major donors, or perhaps you need interim leadership support during a staffing transition.  The process for all projects is collaborative and cooperative with leadership, staff and/or key volunteer leaders. Projects’ expected outcomes are revisited throughout the process to be sure everything is on track and your organization’s evolving needs are being met the best way possible.
