Whole Team Coaching
A Standing Resource

For leaders interested in supporting their entire staff, whole team coaching can be a great way to provide a standing, healthy resource that takes none of the leader’s time.  Your staff gets increased focus and attention, spends less time discussing unproductive team dynamics amongst themselves and has a specific place to speak privately about professional or private issues in order to plan their next steps.

Staff members value the leader who makes an investment in them.  Standing coaching is a great perk.  It shows high achievers you are behind them no matter what they are working on and encourages increased engagement and productivity.

Logistics

You can provide your team with ongoing executive coaching support by arranging blocks of meeting times in advance over a series of weeks or months.  This gives your staff predictable days of coaching with some flexibility.  Team members can sign up for time slots that work best for them far in advance or grab a free time slot at the last minute if a space opens up. The entire staff has executive coaching as an ongoing resource, but the system helps them easily prioritize their work objectives and respond to changing schedules.
